Cookie policy
This translation is for information only: in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. Other technologies, such as your browser's local storage, serve a similar purpose.
What this website uses
carnivalmonkey.com does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or embedded social media content. It only uses the following third-party technology, and only when you start filling in the contact form:
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., from the challenges.cloudflare.com domain): checks that the form is being sent by a person and not by an automated program. It is not loaded when you open the contact page, but the first time you enter one of its fields; if you do not fill it in, nothing is loaded or stored. Once loaded, it stores a technical value for that check in your browser's local storage (the “cf.turnstile.u” key), which is kept until you clear the site's data in your browser. More information in the Turnstile privacy addendum.
When you visit the main address, the language is chosen from your browser settings, without saving any preference.
Why there is no cookie banner
Cloudflare Turnstile is technical security storage, strictly necessary to provide the service you request when you submit the form, and therefore does not require consent (article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE). There is nothing else to accept or reject. If we ever use other cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
How to manage them
You can view and delete the cookies and local storage of any website in your browser settings. If you block Cloudflare Turnstile, you may not be able to send the form; in that case, write to us at info@carnivalmonkey.com.
